By accessing or using EventCraft ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service immediately.
EventCraft is an event management platform that allows users ("Hosts") to create events, manage guest lists, send invitations, coordinate vendors, and share event programs. Guests may access event details via unique access codes provided by their Host.
Hosts must register for an account to use the planning features of EventCraft. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
You agree not to use EventCraft for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates these Terms. This includes but is not limited to: sending unsolicited communications, uploading harmful or offensive content, attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service, or infringing on the intellectual property rights of others.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to EventCraft (event details, photos, documents, etc.). By uploading content, you grant EventCraft a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
Hosts are responsible for distributing access codes to their guests securely. EventCraft is not liable for any unauthorised access resulting from codes being shared with unintended parties.
EventCraft is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EventCraft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of EventCraft after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, and event details. We also collect guest information such as names and email addresses when Hosts add guests to their events.
We use your information to provide and improve the Service, send event-related communications (such as invitation emails and RSVP reminders), and respond to support enquiries. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
When a Host adds a guest's email address, that email may be used to send event invitations and updates on behalf of the Host. Guests may opt out by contacting the Host directly or reaching out to our support team.
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard measures. While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
EventCraft may use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session and improve your experience. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not function correctly as a result.
EventCraft integrates with third-party services (such as mapping and email providers) to deliver certain features. These providers have their own privacy policies and we encourage you to review them.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, please contact us using the details below.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice within the Service.
If you have any questions about these Terms or our Privacy Policy, or need assistance with your account, please reach out to our support team.
